When creating a recommendation, simply select "Start with a bundle" instead of "Add Products"

You can also go directly to the bundle(s) under Account > Saved Bundles and then select "Start a Recommendation"

Both of the options above will take you to your Saved Bundles library where you can search through the Suggested bundles as well as your own.
